Shae-Lynn is a dedicated social work professional with seven years of experience working with children and youth. A registered social worker in Saskatchewan, she holds a Master’s in Social Work from the University of Regina and is certified in Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Mental Health First Aid, and Applied Suicide Intervention Skills Training.

Committed to advocating for vulnerable populations, Shae-Lynn promotes social justice and empowers individuals through her practice. She has recently expanded her work to include adults and couples. In addition to direct practice, she is passionate about community development and mental health awareness.
Shae-Lynn takes a holistic approach to social work, emphasizing empathy, collaboration, and cultural competence. Her expertise spans a range of areas, including depression, anxiety, anger management, self-awareness and confidence, relationship building, professional burnout, and self-care.

Sharon is a dedicated Clinical Social Worker with five years of experience in mental health, specializing in integrating neuroplasticity principles into therapeutic practice. She has collaborated with grassroots community stakeholders and government agencies to develop impactful programs that address diverse mental health needs.

Skilled in evidence-based interventions, crisis management, and psychoeducation, Sharon is passionate about supporting clients from all backgrounds. Her client-centered approach fosters resilience and community well-being, and she actively advocates for policies that promote mental health access and equity.
Specializing in family therapy, trauma-informed care, and adolescent support, Sharon is committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where clients can explore challenges and achieve personal growth. Using a blend of evidence-based techniques and compassionate listening, she strives to foster healing and resilience in every session.

Rose Marie Laird - Clinical Social Worker
Generalist

Rose Marie Laird is a compassionate and experienced counsellor with more than 30 years of professional practice supporting adult individuals and couples. Drawing from Emotionally Focused Therapy, Attachment Theory, Relational Cultural Theory, and Gottman Method couples counselling, she provides an integrative, client-centered approach. Rose Marie also offers Therapeutic Hypnotism as an adjunct to talk therapy.
​
Based in Saskatchewan, Rose Marie has worked extensively across public and private settings, including community mental health, hospitals, private practice, and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). She has provided counselling services through Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) and the Indian Residential Schools Resolution Health Support Program (IRS RHSP), offering culturally sensitive care to Indigenous clients and residential school survivors.
​
As a ‘generalist specialist,’ Rose Marie supports clients facing almost any issue and has had the honour of counselling diverse communities, including First Nations, New Canadians, and LGBTQ individuals.
